• Do you hire help from temporary service agencies?No, we hire only experienced moving professionals.
• How far in advance should I contact you?The sooner, the better. Time slots can fill up quickly, especially for weekend and holiday moves, so it’s best to contact us as soon as you know the date of your move.
• Are there any minimum charges?We charge by the hour with a four-hour minimum charge. So yes, there is a minimum charge.
• How do I pay for the move?We accept Visa, Master Card, and American Express for the initial deposit when you book the move. You can do this online or by phone – just give us a call. The rest of the charges will be computed at the end of the move by multiplying the hours times the hourly cost, plus any materials (boxes, etc.) used, minus the initial deposit.
