Our 20ft new combo office container combines the functionality of a climate-controlled workspace with secure on-site storage — all in a compact, mobile footprint.
Ideal for construction sites, utility yards, retail operations, and temporary field offices, this unit is divided into two sections: one half finished as an insulated mobile office, the other as open storage with standard cargo doors.
Built from a new ISO-grade 20ft shipping container, this unit comes equipped with a steel partition wall, electrical panel, insulation, lighting, AC unit, and lockable entry door for the office side. The storage side features traditional double cargo doors for secure access to tools and materials.
Finished in neutral RAL 1015 beige DTM industrial paint, this turnkey solution is delivered ready to use.

Requirements: 65 ft of straight clearance, 12 ft width, 14 ft vertical clearance, and side access for unloading.
You will need a forklift rated for at least 10,000 lbs to remove the container.
