Campbell after selling our home and finding a wonderfully clean and safe storage facility which offered temperature control units, excellent access and security. Packing supplies were easily purchased and provided the additional safety needed to keep our HH furniture and home goods protected. The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Above all, the employees and manager were friendly and genuinely courteous….everything you hope to experience with going through a first-time and/or multiple moves. Moving challenges even the most organized and experienced individuals, nevertheless we all need help, accurate and detailed information, and above all patient and professional service. My family was fortunate to find it here,

I rented it “ over the phone” AND I was only able to rent a 10 x 10 unit because that’s the largest that they had! I said we are going to donate our belongings that we don’t absolutely have to keep but we cannot keep on paying $500 a month for a filthy nasty storage unit and I had to have something soon to rent!!! I called around the whole city to try to find a 10 x 20 or 10 x 30 to keep our remaining belongings in and this was the only one available that was anywhere near where we live now! So I just told them in on the phone I’ll take it because he said there were only two of the 10 x 10 units in the whole place that were available for rent that day!!! I rented a 26 foot long U-Haul truck yesterday and the man had me fill out the paperwork for the storage unit too and on a little map where our unit was! I asked about a lock. He said we provide them. I spent all day yesterday loading that truck with things that are going to the donation place! I think the truck is due back this afternoon at 5 o’clock and my “helpers” are still not available to help me get the rest of our belongings out of the old units! We have three left that are half full! And also like I said, THEY ARE ALL 10’ X 20’!!!! I have no idea what we’ll do with the rest of our belongings, but we do have until 1 November to find someplace to put everything else that we own! (We had to unexpectedly move inw/my Then 96-year-old mother) So we ended up having to put EVERYTHING WE HAVE EVER OWNED INTO STORAGE-down to the Toothpick holders, etc!!! We had a 3600+ sq.ft. home, & all of the Sudden, we had to try to put out bare Necessities in my Mothers 1380 sq.ft.home!! WHICH WAS ALREADY FULL with my parents lifetime of belongings! My mom is now 96 years old and she can barely get through this house with her walker because we have so much stuff piled in boxes in every corner! And believe me, they are our Absolute Bare Necessities!!!!! I am on Social Security disability, and my husband has since retired since moving into my mother’s home, so therefore we have three people in this small home (to Us) living, eating, sleeping, 24/7!!!!! All That Plus we got Robbed at our last renting of storage at U-Haul!!!! NOT A PLEASANT THING, to say the Least!!! I’m getting ready to call my “help” again now, at 2:00 pm on a Sunday afternoon. The rental U-Haul truck is due back at the store at around 5:00 pm thus evening & we’ve YET to get any of the belongings that we went to keep and bring them to our new tiny 10 x 10 storage unit that I haven’t even seen! So please, don’t think I’m crazy for renting Another storage unit w/U-Haul, but, once Again, we had NO CHOICE! I’m Sure it will take the rest of October to go thru what’s left in our Other 3 units we have elsewhere, & Hopefully be able to put them into Some kind of order!!! I had Only wanted to rent a storage unit to keep our “seasonal decor, etc in!!!) We Have to keep our expensive furniture tho! We are planning on living in my mother’s home once she passes away & we don’t want any of her furniture, etc!!! Thank you- I’ve got to go now & Try to find someone to Help me get what we can Fut into your 20 X 10 storage unit before 5:00 !!!!
