Mounted on this frame is the innovative PV rail system and the clever folding mechanism of the solar panels, which enable the transport dimensions and lifting points of a standard 20f high cube container, but still contain a maximum of highly efficient solar panels.

Based on an average power consumption of a 4-person household of 4000 kWh per year and a location in Southern Germany, the solar container can supply approx. 32 households with climate-friendly electricity.
At a location in Southern Europe it can even be up to 50 households due to the high solar radiation.
Due to its robust construction and its own weight, the Solarcontainer already offers sufficient protection against lifting or shifting without a foundation. For higher wind loads, ballast stones can easily be placed on the rail system as needed. To secure against very high wind loads, we recommend fixing the Solarcontainer on concrete foundations.
The inverter and all other electrical components are delivered, installed and commissioned with the Solarcontainer. However, for country-specific requirements, the inverter can also be provided by the customer.
