Our products are engineered and manufactured in the UK, ready to generate and provide electrical power at the client’s premises anywhere in the world. Access to a parts supply chain means that systems can be built quickly, efficiently and without compromise in the UK. The Off Grid Container also transports the solar PV panels and mountings, the only part of the product which has to be assembled at the customer’s site. The on-site installation is undertaken by the Off-Grid Installer team and after all clients are included in the online remote monitoring service.
The whole system is plug-and-play, easy to be transported, installed and maintained. It is an one-stop integration system and consist of battery module, PCS, PV controler (MPPT) (optional), control system, fire control system, temperature control system and monitoring system. The synergy of the system components can achieve effective charging and discharging. It adopts AC coupled microgrid structure, PCS, load, grid, and access to AC bus, and the corresponding control strategy is developed according to the actual case to ensure the safety of power supply.
The battery cluster consists of modules connected in series, and the whole battery system is controlled by BCM to monitor the cluster voltage and current in real time. The battery module consists of LiFePo4 battery cells. It adopts distributed BMM control system with functions of collecting the battery voltage, battery temperature and battery equalization to ensure the module works effectively and safely.

In the event of any technical issue, being able to monitor the system anywhere in the world helps us solve any issues that may arise. Solar equipment is very reliable but occasionally parts may fail so there is need to monitor and solve any problems.
Off Grid Solar container units guarantee security and reliability and allow the engineering team to complete installations in a few days rather than weeks. All sites for the panels are identified in advance to ensure there is sufficient space to accommodate the panels. This ensures quality installations for the client but also speedy installation where power is needed urgently in say a mining operation where grid power is insufficient and the supply chain for fuel deliveries is difficult or expensive for generators.
In many global markets there is significant economic growth and towns are expanding rapidly often because or rural urban drift. This is usually associated with a stressed infrastructure that is unable to satisfy the rapidly rising demand. A key aspect of infrastructure is the supply of electrical power and most countries follow the model of a centralised grid expanding outwards from the powers stations. Either there will be frequent power outages or unstable supply which can damage equipment or even leave the client in darkness.
Attaching to the grid can also be expensive and this can be an issue in the UK as well as Africa or Latin America.
An Off Grid solar Container unit can be used in a host of applications including agriculture, mining, tourism, remote islands, widespread lighting, telecoms and rural medical centres.
Off-Grid Installer have the answer with a containerized solar system from 3 kw up wards. Systems are fitted in new fully fitted containers either 20 or 40 foot depending on the size required.
