The Soil Pumping Station SPS2020 is based on a 20-foot container, fitted out with everything required for dumping dry mined material in, and pumping a fluidised mixture out. The fully mobile unit can be relocated easily, as can its matching separate water supply unit, dredge pump and drive. These standard units are a turnkey solution, all built for heavy duty operations in the dredging and mining industries. The sand pumping station is the linking pin between dry mining and tailings transported by dredge pump through a pipeline. Pipeline transport significantly reduces the levels of dust and noise, and can completely replace truck and conveyer haulage. Road safety will also improve dramatically as the constant flow of dumper trucks are no longer required. The throughput rates of mined tailings will remain high.
