ZP/ZPR vertical sump slurry pump is designed for applications requiring greater reliability and durability than conventional vertical process pumps can offer. The heavy duty cantilever design makes the ZP/ZPR sump pump ideally suited for heavy continuous handling of abrasive and corrosive liquids and slurries whilst submerged in sumps or pits.
Capacity range: 17-1300 m 3/h
Head range: 4- 40m
Speed range: 350-2200rpm
Power range: 15-200kw
ZP(R) series vertical centrifugal slurry pump, also known as a submerged slurry pump, submerged in liquid, with a vertical cantilevered single pump casing structure and a semi-open impeller. Without any shaft seal and shaft seal water, it can work even in the case of insufficient suction volume. The wet parts are made of high chrome alloy wear-resistant metal or corrosion resistant natural rubber , Suitable for conveying dense slurries with large particles and high abrasiveness or handling highly concentrated, corrosive, non-sharp-edged and light-weight slurries.
