Pump Parts Frame Plate G8032HSPRTSD21 is a special plate for 10/8G-AH heavy-duty centrifugal slurry pump, and it can be combined with a standard cover plate G8013D21.
Tobee® Slurry Pump Casing halves of cast or ductile iron with external reinforcing ribs provide high operating pressure capabilities and an extra measure of safety. Generally, the material of slurry pump cover plate less than 6/4 size is made from Gary Iron, greater than 6/4 size is made from Ductile Iron for supporting higher pressure. For all the series-connected slurry pumps, Ductile iron cover plate is requested.
Cover Plate is in suction end of split casing slurry pump. It's the outer shell of the radial subdivision, and combined with Frame plate together make up the complete pump body. Cover Plate is under pressure of pump cavity, and at the same time bear the force of pipeline. So Cover plate need to have more higher request for strength.
Frame Plate is in drive end of split casing slurry pump. It connects with Frame plate liner insert and beside the Bearing assembly. Same as the cover plate, Frame plate also bear the pressure of pump cavity. The working pressure of slurry pump is decided by the loading capability of frame plate, So the right materials of slurry pump frame plate is very important.
