TheLS Series Slurry Pumps, also known as Light Duty Slurry Pumps, feature high speed, compact size, and lightweight construction compared to heavy-duty slurry pumps. Specifically designed to handle fine particles and low-concentration slurry, these pumps are suitable for applications where the slurry weight concentration generally does not exceed 30%. They can also transport high-concentration and low-abrasive slurry.
Similar in structure to SH Heavy Duty Slurry Pumps, the LS Series pumps are also double-casing, single-stage, single-suction, axial suction, cantilever, and horizontal centrifugal slurry pumps. Their outer casings, made of ductile cast iron, are lined with high chrome alloy wet parts. Shaft seal options include packing seal, expeller seal, and mechanical seal. The bearing assembly utilizes grease-lubricated roller bearings. For impeller types, pumps with outlets ≤200mm feature semi-open impellers, while those with outlets ≥250mm feature closed impellers.
These pumps are highly efficient, durable, and cost-effective for handling light-duty slurry, making them widely used across various industries such as mining, mineral processing, metallurgy, power plants, and more.
