NVDM vertical immersion sump pump is a single stageimpeller, long tube shaft and side discharge design pump. The pump casing is a single or double volute design with a centerline discharge. Pump impeller is an close or open design and locked by a impeller nut. Pump shaft bearing housing holds pump shaft assembly. Extension tube bearing housing holds extension shaft assembly. Pump shaft bearing housing and extension tube bearing housing is gasket sealed and flange connection. Pump shaft seal is a single mechanical seal or double mechanical seal near the pump impeller. Pump drive parts are completed dry. Any hazard gas couldn`t leak from tank. Each bearing housing connection has a taper-lock coupling with a high temperature resistant elastomeric rubber. Even multistage bearing housing assembled, any eccentricity and vibration eliminate by the soft connection.Every bearing housingindependent carry it own weight load.
