Nagle’s product line

Nagle’s product line includes wet and dry mounted vertical cantilever pumps, vertical submerged bearing pumps, fully submersible vertical and horizontal pumps. The Nagle philosophy of “Endurance Engineering” is a commitment to the design and manufacturing of pumps which provide the longest service life with minimum maintenance.

Vertical Cantilever Pumps

Nagle’s most popular pump design is the vertical cantilever pump. This design is offered in three models–the TWO/CWO, CDO and MWO. All models feature a true cantilever shaft with no submerged bearings, bushings, packing or seals below the mounting plate exposed to the pumpage.

Vertical Submersible Pumps

Able to handle slurries with up to 70% solids, vertical submersible pumps tolerate a wide range of abrasive and corrosive applications. The design of the three models (SML, SMR and SMV) eliminates the need for head room, mounting pedestals, long columns and tail pipes, saving space and money.

Vertical Submerged Bearing Pumps

Nagle’s vertical submerged bearing pump is the model YWS pump, a single stage centrifugal slurry pump. The YWS offers simplified maintenance, including split yoke bearing assemblies. It is available with bottom suction or optional top suction and is designed for wet pit use.

Heavy Duty Horizontal Pumps

Both of Nagle’s heavy duty horizontal pump models–the FCH and the FDV-H Dry Pit–share the same rugged heavy-duty design with only three wearing parts: casing, suction plate and impeller. They can be used above or below the liquid level as a second stage booster unit.
