They are divided into horizontal (ZJ type) and vertical (Z type) structures. Horizontal pumps are available in various specifications with outlet diameters of 300mm, 250mm, 200mm, 65mm, 50mm, 40mm, etc. Vertical pumps are available in various specifications with outlet diameters of 80mm, 150mm, 100mm, 150mm, 100mm, 80mm, 65mm, 50mm, etc. This series of slurry pumps features innovative hydraulic and structural designs. The flow components are made of high-chromium wear-resistant alloy cast iron with self-developed strong abrasion resistance. They have significant advantages such as high efficiency, energy saving, long service life, light weight, reasonable structure, reliable operation, low vibration, low noise, and easy maintenance. They are suitable for transporting abrasive or corrosive slurries containing solid particles in the power, metallurgy, coal, building materials, and other industries. The maximum weight concentration of the solid-liquid mixture is 45% for slurry and 60% for ore pulp. They can be operated in series according to user needs.
