Dredge Pump Capacity:

Cutter Drive:

Direct Drive auger/tine cutterhead with a 7′ horizontal cutting drum with a 26” outside diameter. Normal drive torque 15,750 in lbs (1754Nm). Cutterhead Speed 0-60 RPM

Power Unit:

6 cylinder water cooled diesel engine, outfitted with a residential grade silencer, rated for providing a mini- mum of 185 continuous HP at 1800 RPM.

Hydraulic System:

Independent open-center circuits allow simultaneous pump, cutterhead, and traverse operation with variable speed controls. Hydraulic pump is a Commercial Intertech or equivalent with two stages, producing a hydraulic oil flow of 0-132 GPM. Each circuit is controlled via electro-hydraulic proportional valves. Each circuit has independent relief valves. System oil is cooled using a Thermal Transfer in-line oil cooler. All hoses and fittings are Parker Hannifin.

Operator Compartment:

Heated and cooled control cab with 360° visibility, and adjustable operator’s chair with Electro-hydraulic joystick controls. Dredge systems readouts and alarms, operation gauges maintained in clear view.
