Hydraulic Slurry Pump Manual

Overview of the pump:

Hydraulic submersible slurry pump, heavy duty submersible dredging pump is suitable for small, medium and large multi-series excavators, such as 120, 150, 220, 240, 300, 330,360, etc. In the case where the sludge and sediment are relatively thin and the grab bucket is inconvenient to be used for excavation, to remove the grab bucket and connect the hydraulic submersible slurry pump for efficient, high-concentration extraction. The hydraulic slurry pump is used to achieve long-distance transportation.

Characteristics of Submersible hydraulic slurry pumps:

1.Wet parts are made of high chrome alloy material application to transport abrasive medium with solid, sharp sand, stone,shell and slurry pump,etc. 2.Wide passing channel with strainer to stop large solid, and no clogging. 3.High chrome alloy stir impeller to increase concentration & improve sand production. 4.The bottom of the pump is equipped with a stirring device. It can be equipped with two or more sides separate agitators as well. 5.This pump can handle solid materials with a maximum particle size of 150mm. Maximum concentration can reach more than 70%. 6.The device is mainly installed on the excavator. The power is provided by the hydraulic station of the excavator. The power source is diesel engine,so it can solve the problem of power inconvenience when working in remote areas. 7.Flow passage components are all made of high-chromium alloy. Other materials can be customized. 8.The use of unique sealing device, free of frequent machine seal replacement, improve work efficiency.

Service conditions:

1.Power supply: excavator or hydraulic power unit. 2.Temperature of the medium: The temperature of the medium cannot exceed 60 Celsius, and the medium does not contain inflammable or explosive gases. 3.Max weight density of the solid particle: The maximum weight concentration of the solid particles in the medium: the maximum weight concentration of the ash is 45% and the maximum weight concentration of the slag is 60%. 4.The unit works in the medium vertically, and the working status is continuous.

Installation procedure:

1. First, ensure that hydraulic pipes have been installed in the excavator to ensure that the pipes are smooth. 2. Remove the excavator bucket first and use a mounting plate to connect the hydraulic slurry pump to the excavator arm 3. Connect the inlet oil pipe, return oil pipe, overflow oil pipe. Note: to correctly connect the oil pipe, overflow oil pipe can not be connected to the return oil pipe, to direct back to the tank. 4. Install the reamer head, be careful not to reverse. 5. Test the machine. If the reamer head is reversed, then exchange the two reamers .

Precautions for use:

1. To ensure that the system hydraulic oil pure, less impurities, with good lubricity, compatibility and stability; 2. According to the existing hydraulic system pressure, displacement, efficiency, etc., reasonably equipped with slurry pumps, so that the system can operate normally, not for a long time to exceed the system load operation; 3. When used with the excavator, the excavator arm should be light and slow, and it is strictly prohibited to knock or smash the pump body under hard working conditions, so as not to damage the pump body; 3. The selection of standard specifications of hydraulic tubing, the use of specified bolts and the specified torque to lock, unqualified installation will cause failure, damage or oil leakage; 5.Equipment transfer, should ensure that the hydraulic oil port clean, prevent impurities, etc., affect the normal service life of the motor; 6. Without permission, it is forbidden to modify or disassemble the equipment without permission, otherwise it will cause abnormal operation or abnormal operation.
