How do I return an item?
Returning your product is fast and easy, simply click here and have your order number and zip code ready to start a return. We do not offer exchanges or replacement items, instead you can return your product within 30 days of purchase, and we'll process your refund upon receipt. You can then place a new order as needed.

Do you offer FREE shipping?
Any orders over $75 are eligible for free shipping. All orders are typically fulfilled in less than 24 hours or the next day Monday-Thursday. Orders placed on Fridays and weekends often ship on Monday morning.
