Mud Pump Liner Retainer

A range of mud pump fluid ends products to suit most common mud pumps in the industry today.

Manufacture

A revised housing / flange adaptor is fitted to EXISTING fluid end features, i.e. no modification of current fluid ends required. Once installed only the wedges need to be removed to access the Liner.

Cost Saving

Liner maintenance is easily accessed via the removal of upper and lower wedges, reducing maintenance time.

Easy Maintenance

Following a one-time installation (Flange and retention housing), only the wedges need to be accessed for the removal of the Liner. A simple 2 bolt arrangement to locate and tighten the Liner in place. Visual inspection to ensure Liner is corrected locked in position.

Mud Pump Liner Retention System

A revised Liner Retention device to replace existing cumbersome units. The unit operates using a double wedge assembly to lock the Liner in place. Secured in place via 2 bolts the unit is easily accessible from the top of the pump. With the wedges removed the Liner is easily removed and replaced. The wedges once engaged provide a positive locking of the Liner in position. The unit proves Liner Retention for CURRENT Liners, i.e. no new Liner designs required.
