• LCS Split Coupled End Suction Pump: Split-coupled, base mounted centrifugal pump, which requires no alignment or grouting. The pump features an axially split coupling which is capable of withstanding all torsional, axial, and radial loads.
• LF Frame Mounted End Suction Pump: Frame mounted centrifugal pump. The heavy frames, shafts and ball bearings are ideal for reliable heavy duty service.
• LC Close Coupled End Suction Pump:Close-coupled centrifugal pump in a compact design for optimized space savings. The design features a double volute that reduces radial force and shaft deflection.
• VL – Vertical In-Line, Close-coupled Pump:Vertical Inline pump mounts vertically and guarantees the smallest footprint. The pump requires no flexible connectors or foundation grouting.
• VLS – Vertical In-Line, Split-coupled Pump:Split-coupled, in-line pump which mounts vertically and guarantees the smallest footprint. The pump features a spacer coupling for ease of maintenance.
• VLSE – Vertical In-Line, Split-coupled, Integrated VFD:Vertical In-Line, Split-coupled pump with Integrated motor, drive and control. The VLSE provides increased energy savings due to on-demand performance.
• VLC – Vertical In-Line, Close-coupled, with Grundfos CUE drive:Close-coupled, vertical in-line pumps with integrated CUE variable frequency drive. The VLC provides increased energy savings due to on-demand performance.
• VLSC – Vertical In-Line, Split Coupled, with Grundfos CUE drive:Split-coupled, vertical in-line pump with integrated CUE variable frequency drive. The VLSC provides increased energy savings due to on-demand performance.
• KP – Horizontal Split Case Pump:Single-stage, between bearings, split case pump. The axially split design allows easy removal of the top casing and access to the pump components without disturbing the motor or pipe work.
• KPV – Vertical Split Case Pump:Vertical, single-stage, between bearings, split case pump. The axially split design allows easy removal of the top casing and access to the pump components without disturbing the motor or pipe work.
• KPVS– Split Coupled, Vertical Split Case Pump :Vertically mounted motor for reducing the mechanical space footprint, easy access to seal and internal components without ever needing to remove the motor, and no field alignment necessary.
• CR – Multi-stage, Vertical In-Line Pump:Vertically mounted multistage centrifugal pump. The inline pump design enables installation in a horizontal one-pipe system where the suction and discharge ports are in the same plane and have the same pipe dimension.
• CRN – Vertical, Multistage Centrifugal 316SS Pump:Vertically mounted multistage centrifugal pump. The inline pump design enables installation in a horizontal one-pipe system where the suction and discharge ports are in the same plane and have the same pipe dimension. Pump housing and impeller are SS316.
• LCSE – Split Coupled, with integrated VFD End Suction:Split coupled end suction pump with integrated motor, drive, and control which serves as the industry standard in performance, quality, and durability.
• NBS – Split-coupled End-Suction Pump:NEMA standard motors and ANSI flange fittings.
• NBSE – Split-coupled End-Suction pump:NEMA MLE motors and ANSI flange fittings.

AHLSTAR NPP/T non-clogging end-suction single-stage centrifugal process pumps are designed for industrial large solids containing liquid or abrasive slurry applications to avoid plugging. The pump exceeds the requirements of ISO 5199.

AHLSTAR WPP/T wear-resistant process pump range
