The name of slurry pump is a kind of centrifugal pump which is divided from the perspective of conveying medium. (1) The bearing water pressure and water volume shall meet the requirements, and the tightness of the packing shall be adjusted (or replaced) at any time, so as not to cause leakage of the shaft seal. And replace the shaft sleeve in time. (2) When replacing the bearing, make sure that there is no dust in the bearing assembly and the lubricating oil is clean. When the pump is running, the bearing temperature is generally not more than 60-65 ℃, and the maximum temperature is not more than 75 ℃. (3) To ensure the coaxiality of the unit and the pump, ensure that the elastic pad in the coupling is complete and correct, and replace it in time after damage. (4) Ensure that the pump components and pipeline system are installed correctly, firmly and reliably. (5) Some parts of the slurry pump are vulnerable parts. In daily use, attention should be paid to the loss of vulnerable parts and timely repair or replace them. During maintenance or replacement of vulnerable parts of slurry pump, it is necessary to ensure correct assembly, reasonable gap adjustment and avoid tight friction. (6) The suction pipeline system of slurry pump must be free of air leakage, and attention shall be paid to whether the suction population is blocked during operation. The medium to be treated by the slurry pump mostly contains solid particles. Therefore, the barriers placed in the pump sump shall meet the requirements of the slurry pump for passing through particles, so as to reduce the possibility of blockage caused by too large particles or long fiber materials entering the pump body.
