The concepts of mixer-pump balance, user-friendly operation and ease of maintenance are emphasized in the design of our grouting systems. Enough technology is incorporated to maximize efficiency, yet not so much as to compromise ease of operation or maintenance. Complete integrated mixing and pumping units are available in a variety of power options, including air, electric, electric/hydraulic, gasoline and diesel/hydraulic.

We designed the GTHD Series hand pumps for heavy duty contractor applications, public works pumping jobs, commercial marine applications and much more. The secret to the GT series is in the exclusive velocity channel designed to pump debris laden fluids more efficiently than any other hand pump on the market. With professional engineering, you are not just buying any old hand pump. You are getting a heavy-duty design, manufactured to last through punishing conditions. In fact, our hand pumps serve the needs of utility companies pumping out manholes to fishing fleets equipping their trawlers with emergency bilge pumps.

Piston Type Grout Pump-Mini GTHP cement grout pump is a compact and economical slurry pumping equipment. Being compact it is high performing and maintenance free. This is a reciprocating piston pump in design fitted with PU cup seal which has very long life compared to any diaphragm pump which requires frequent replacements and increased cost of maintenance.

Highly versatile, the GTS-120/12 handles a broad range of grouting applications including tunnels, shafts, dams, plant maintenance and geotechnical works. The unique twin mix tank design permits continuous pumping as each tank alternates feeding the hopper. This non-stop pumping process maximizes the batching of materials such as neat cement, sand/cement, and most commercial pre-bagged grouts. Two high-capacity 200-Liter mixing tanks, pump, and 10-liter holding hopper are all mounted on a single skid for quick, easy set-up and immediate operation.

The holding hopper includes an internal auger that keeps the material thoroughly mixed while supplying the pump. The open throat grout pump features a non-pulsating positive displacement rotor-stator that provides a constant discharge of materials. This progressing cavity pump is variable speed with an output of up to 120 lpm with a standard maximum pressure of 12 kg/cm2 (175 psi optional). Also available with customizable tanks (single tanks) and pumps with small size pump with low flow high head.
