First, check the power supply: whether the connector is firmly connected; whether the switch contacts closely; whether the fuse is blown; whether the three-phase power supply is lack of equality. In case of open circuit, poor contact, fuse fusing and phase loss, the cause shall be found out and repaired in time. Secondly, check whether is the mechanical failure of the slurry pump itself. The common reasons are: the packing is too tight or the impeller and the slurry pump body are blocked by debris; the slurry pump shaft, bearing and leakage reducing ring are rusted; the slurry pump shaft is seriously bent, etc. Troubleshooting: loosen the packing, dredge the water diversion channel; dismantle the pump body to remove debris and rust; dismantle the slurry pump shaft for correction or replace it with a new one.
The measures to remove the silt can be taken.
If the impeller or water inlet and outlet pipes of the slurry pumps are blocked, the impeller or pipes can be cleaned. If the impeller is seriously worn, it shall be replaced. In case of air leakage at the packing port, the packing shall be compacted. The power speed of the slurry pump is not matched or the belt slips, which makes the speed low; the installation angle of the axial pump blade is too small; the head is insufficient, the pipeline is too long or the pipeline has a right angle bend; the suction head is too high; the bottom valve, pipeline and impeller are partially blocked or the impeller is damaged; the water leakage of the outlet pipe is serious. Troubleshooting: restore the rated speed, remove the belt oil dirt, adjust the belt tightness; adjust the blade angle, reduce the installation position of the slurry pump, shorten the pipeline or change the curvature of the pipeline; seal the air leakage of the slurry pump, compress the packing; remove the blockage, replace the impeller; replace the leakage reduction ring, and block the water leakage.
The main reasons are as follows: ① the density of medium is not uniform. The uneven density of the medium will cause the vibration when the slurry pump is just started. When the slurry pump is normally started, the vibration of the slurry pump will disappear. This situation does not need to be dealt with. Only before the start-up, pay attention to use high-pressure air to evenly blow the medium; ② the installation of the slurry pump is not level. Check the level of the slurry pump body during installation and operation. ③ There is cavitation, which makes the impeller of the slurry pump unbalanced. The installation height shall be reduced, the outlet valve shall be reduced, and the inlet resistance shall be reduced. ④ The intake of suction pipe is uneven. The feed condition of the slurry pump should be improved and the uniform stability of the intake air should be strengthened. ⑤ Large pump bearing clearance. Bearing clearance caused by excessive clearance will cause vibration of the slurry pump. In the daily operation of equipment, the slurry pump should be observed at all times. It is found that the damage of slurry pump shaft and motor shaft is not timely or damaged.
