I keep getting a code 90 on my Intex Salt Water ECO15110-2. My pool has been up for about a month and running fine until this weekend. I have backwashed the filter multiple times and checked for any obstructions. I get the code 90 in both filter and recirculate positions on the valve. Any suggestions?

Low Flow Error. Check valves are fully open and basket filters are clean.

Strip the pump and check the condition of the impeller. If you are using a sand filter, the sand can wear it away especially with overzealous back washing. I worked in a municipal swimming pool for 10 years in the days when we used bottle chlorine gas.
