ZHR4x3 quartz sand pump is an end suction open centrifugal slurry pump, which has set the world standard for heavy abrasive pumping applications for decades. With large shaft diameter, heavy bearing components and strong mud pumping capacity, 4x3 pump provides a cost-effective and ideal alternative to the longer delivery time and the difficulties caused by cooperation with large multinational companies.
1. Impeller - a variety of metallurgical and elastomer options (metals and elastomers are interchangeable) - front and rear extraction blades (on closed impellers) reduce recirculation in the pump and help prevent seal contamination - straight cast or semi-Francis cast blades (3 to 8 blades in some sizes) are available to provide a wider range of hydraulic options in a single size;
2. Gasket - a variety of metal and elastomer options (metal and elastomer gaskets are interchangeable) are available to provide the longest possible wear life;
3. Bearing components - the barrel bearing seat allows disassembly from the pump and components in a controlled environment. Oversized shaft diameter and reduced wet end overhang help to extend service life and field reliability;
4. Sealing device - Propeller (centrifugal seal): no external sealing water is required when applicable. Stuffing box: flushing gland seal with braided packing and collar. Mechanical seal: advanced sealing technology, no seal leakage.
