    1. For bearings lubricated with thin oil, oil shall be added according to the oil level line of oil standard before start-up, and (HL32) hydraulic oil shall be added in winter and (hl46) hydraulic oil shall be added in summer. After continuous operation (800) hours, the bearing lubricating oil shall be replaced once.

    2. When starting the slurry pump, the outlet gate valve shall (close or slightly open 1 / 4). Before starting the slurry pump, the inlet valve of the pump shall be opened and the outlet valve of the pump shall be closed. Then start the pump, and then slowly start the pump outlet valve after the pump starts. The size and speed of the opening of the pump outlet valve should be controlled by the fact that the pump does not vibrate and the motor does not exceed the rated current.

    3. The shaft seal form of the secondary pump of the two-stage series pump is (packing seal). The start-up of the series pump also follows the above method. Only after the first stage pump is started, the submersible slurry pump can open the outlet valve of the last stage pump a little (the opening size is appropriate to take the motor current of the first stage pump as 1 / 4 of the rated current), and then start the second stage and the third stage successively until the last stage After all pumps and series pumps are started, the outlet valve of the final stage pump can be gradually opened. The speed of opening the valve should be controlled by the fact that the pump does not vibrate and the motor of any stage pump does not exceed the rated current.

    4. The installation mode is one frequency converter with one slurry pump. The specific transformation method is: close the return valve, adopt the water level closed-loop control mode, the slurry pump manufacturer, install the liquid level sensor on the inner wall of the pool, use the PID regulation function of the frequency converter, the slurry pump, when the water level reaches, the frequency of the frequency converter drops, the slurry pump operates at low speed, the higher the water level, the lower the speed; the lower the water level, the higher the speed. At the same time, the water level signal is transmitted to the control cabinet, so that the operator can timely understand the liquid level. Through this control, the circulation in the slurry tank is kept basically unchanged.

    5. In order to ensure the efficient operation of the submerged slurry pump, the clearance between the impeller and the front guard plate must be regularly adjusted to keep it between (0.75-1mm). In addition to monitoring the flow and pressure, the pump should also monitor the motor not to exceed the rated current of the motor. Monitor whether the oil seal, bearing, etc. are conducting at any time, and whether the pump is evacuated or overflowed, etc., and handle it at any time.

    6. The pump body (not allowed) bears the pressure from the outlet pipeline system. The standby pump in the warehouse shall rotate (1 / 4) circle every week to make the shaft bear the load and external vibration evenly. The belt CR drive is to see the motor on the (right) side of the pump from the pump inlet.

    7. The slurry pump is mainly for the purpose of conveying flow, so the flow meter (meter) shall be installed in the operation monitoring system as far as possible to monitor whether the flow meets the requirements at any time; there shall be a certain pressure at the outlet of the pipeline in the pipeline system, slag flushing system and pressure filtration dehydration system equipped with hydrocyclone. Therefore, a pressure gauge should also be installed in this system to monitor whether the pressure meets the requirements.
