Peristaltic Pump for High Pressures

Lubricated shoe style model 4009 peristaltic pumps are designed to operate continuously up to about 60 GPM and as high as 80 GPM for intermittent duty applications. Its maximum pressure is 218 PSI depending upon the viscosity of the fluid being pumped. The flow chart illustrates continuous, intermittent and occasional flow rate and pressure parameters to help ensure 1,500 to 2,000 hours of hose life.

The standard hose materials are natural rubber, oil-rated nitrile, EPDM and Hypalon. The connections are 1½" RF ANSI flanges made of 316SS, polypropylene or PVDF materials.

We offer (6) 230-460v 3 phase gear motor sizes from 3 HP to 7½ HP for the 8 to 36 GPM flow range.
