DXP Acquires Pump Solutions in Texas

DXP continues its acquisition spree with its fifth purchase of 2025, netting approximately $37 million of additional annual revenue.

Houston-based pump solutions and MRO supplies distributor DXP Enterprises has acquired Pump Solutions, Inc, a distributor of pumps, controls and related service and repair focused on the water and wastewater industry.

Founded in 1999, Pump Solutions is headquartered in New Caney, TX and operates out of four locations servicing Texas.

DXP funded the acquisition with cash from its balance sheet.

Pump Solutions provides us with another clear leader in our home market of Texas,” commented David Little, Chairman and CEO of DXP.

The signing of the definitive agreement occurred on Dec. 1. Sales for Pump Solutions for the last 12 months ending Sept. 31 were approximately $36.8 million.

This transaction will not only allow us to continue with our existing marketing strategies but also provides notable talent as we continue to find resources to serve our customers better,” added Little.

This is the fifth acquisition for DPX in 2025. It follows the purchase of Triangle Pump in November.
