Specifications

The Dredge operates at the nominal design Best Ef?ciency Point (BEP) of 1,475 GPMat 123 feet of TDH, and can reach ?ows of 2,000 GPM and 155 feet TDH.

Cutterhead/auger assembly directly mounted to pump intake, equipped with dual hydraulicauger drive motors (11,000 in.-lbs) of total digging torque with overall dimensionsof 8.5’ width and 1.5’ deep. 102” wide cutterhead provides 8.5 feet of actual dredgingwidth and 10'-12’ of dredge depth.

Portability- Weighing only 7,500 lbs, with an aluminum super structure, integratedmounts for most features and four lifting eyes; the dredge measures only 24.5 x8.5 feet, can be lifted by almost any crane and is transportable anywhere withoutspecial permitting on a regular deck-over trailer.

Pontoons are 20’ long, aluminum, urethane foam ?lled, internally reinforced, withintegral lifting eyes. The pontoons are divided into 5 sections each of which hasa rub strip on the leading and bottom edges for strength.

10 hours of dredging diesel fuel capacity (dual 30 gallon tanks) and 24 gallon gasfuel tank for outboard motor. Running the outboard to navigate and the diesel engineto dredge enables the dredge to navigate quietly and at lower cost than competitivedredges.

Equipped with a 75 HP four stroke outboard our dredge has a high power to weightratio. Clean, quiet, and environmentally friendly, the dredge attains speeds of10 mph in still water and is able to maneuver in very tight spots.
