Pump Body: usually made of cast iron or aluminum, encloses all the internal components, and provides structural support.

At present, the installation surface of the auto mechanical pump will match the seal, according to the different sealing materials, we are rubber seals, metal seals, and paper seals, three types of installation requirements are also different.
*For mechanical pumps with metal gaskets and rubber seals, do not apply glue when loading vehicles
*The mechanical water pump with a paper gasket can be properly coated with sealant during installation, and cannot be excessive, so that the sealant can not be squeezed into the working chamber of the pump impeller after installation.
When the engine is overheat, you cannot add cool coolant to the system, especially the cold north, otherwise it may damage the water seal and even damage the engine cylinder. Before adding Liquid, restart the engine operation.
During the installation of the pump: When the bolt is tightly installed, please set the force based on the vehicle’s manufacturer the moment, the direction of the diagonal is pre -tightened, and then tighten. Adjust the belt according to the standards formulated by the manufacturer tightening.
