The bearing seal, interstage sleeve, intermediate seal sleeve and bearing seal sleeve of the pump are made of highly wear-resistant materials, spray-welded nickel base 60, ceramics and other materials, which improve the life of gap seals.

Because of the low sealing pressure of the front bearing seal, the cooling water of the bearing is passed between the bearing gap seal and the packing (mechanical seal) for flushing and sealing. Because of the high sealing pressure of the rear bearing seal, an annular groove is opened in the middle and rear of the bearing gap seal sleeve. The leaked slurry is sent back to the pump inlet through this annular groove, and the bearing is passed between the seal sleeve and the soft packing (mechanical seal) Circulating water is used to flush the seal sleeve to increase the life of the bearing seal.
