Frame Plate Liner Insert

Frame plate liner insert is a wet part where the shaft passes through, it is drive side liner which is connected with frame plate in horizontal lined slurry pump.

Throat bush

Throat bush is one of wetting parts in horizontal slurry pump which directs slurries to impeller. It is commonly used in bigger pumps, because throat bush and volute liner are normally in one solid piece in small pumps.

Impeller

Slurry pump impeller is the main component in centrifugal slurry pumps which has vanes to impart and direct the centrifugal force to the slurry.

Rubber Liners

For rubber lined slurry pumps, rubber liners are normally made in premium natural rubber R55 than offers 1.5 times service life of normal liner rubber R26.
