Benefiting from a secure heated swimming pool, a boules pitch, a childrens games area and a well-being area, it is ideal for unforgettable holidays with family and/or friends.
With a refined decoration, it includes a central living/reception room with a fireplace and a large plasma screen, a dining room opening onto a south-facing terrace, a TV lounge with a library, a lounge/bar, and a fully equipped kitchen.
The bedrooms comprise two spacious suites each with a separate sitting room (a possible area for children) and a shower room, two further bedrooms with bathrooms, and a dormitory for 4 children sharing the parents bathroom.
An annex typical to the region and known as a mazet comprises two bedrooms, each with a shower room.
An independent wing comprises a well-being area with a sauna and a massage table.
A couple of caretakers occupies discreetly an independent part of the property.
