It is set in a 7200 sqm landscaped garden with a heated secure swimming pool (shutter), several terraces (one covered with a summer kitchen) as well as recreation facilities.
Entirely air conditioned, it includes a spacious living/reception room with a billiard table and a piano, a kitchen, a dining room, a TV lounge with a video projector, and a shower room.
Upstairs are two bedrooms each with a shower room (one with a study), and three further bedrooms sharing a bathroom. The largest bedroom has a dressing room and opens onto a private terrace.
The landing benefits from a study area, and a mezzanine includes a sitting room area and a sleeping area with 3 single beds.
