A tennis enthusiast from his childhood, Thomas Bugeaud grew up near Luxembourg Gardens in the heart of Paris's 6th District, and it was on the courts in the leafy gardens that he forged his competitive spirit.

A curriculum in sports studies took him to the United States, where he combined education and tennis at a major American university. Allying athletic performance with academic rigor allowed him to develop a unique discipline and resilience that has never wavered throughout his career.

Other interests off the tennis courts were architecture and urban planning, and Thomas went on to obtain a Master's degree in Real Estate Planning and Development at the IMSI in Paris’s 10^th District. Work-study experience with estate agents, transaction/rental agencies, and property management firms confirmed his passion for the sector and allowed him to develop his thorough knowledge and understanding of its finest details.

After graduating, he joined a company specializing in bare ownership investments, before joining the team in the Daniel Féau Immeubles Capital Advisory division.
