Armed with a master's degree in business law from the University of Paris II-Assas, Garance is totally committed to accompanying her clients throughout their real estate project with precision and rigor in order to ensure that all transactions are concluded as smoothly as possible.
A Parisian by birth, she knows all of the capital’s most beautiful districts as well as their specific codes and lifestyles. She grew up in the prestigious 7th district, going on to live for a few years in the peaceful and residential 16th district. She then moved to unique Montmartre, before settling with her husband and two children in the historic and lively Marais neighbourhood. Always on the lookout for hidden gems, she loves to show initiative and leaves no stone unturned in her quest to help her clients discover properties that best suit their style, their wishes and their requirements.
Before pursuing a career in real estate, Garance began her professional life as a fashion designer. After a period spent with Hermès, her entrepreneurial instinct led her in 2012 to found her own luxury brand. With American and Japanese followers, her company forged international partnerships allowing Garance to develop and perfect her key business qualities: pugnacity, patience and empathy.
Throughout the numerous transactions she undertakes, her clients particularly appreciate her availability and responsiveness, as well as her remarkable finesse and flexibility when negotiating.
