Armed with a master's degree in real estate, an MBA in marketing and international communication and a Cambridge degree obtained in Canada, Charles began his career between Paris, La Baule and Brussels as a rental negotiator, a negotiator in office space and subsequently a sales manager within a family-owned hotel group.

He went on to joined the Daniel Féau Commercialization team as an account manager, specialising in the sale of buildings, both whole and by unit, as well as the sale of property for future completion.
