To say that Laurent is in love with the capital’s 8th and 17th Districts would be an understatement. In the world of real estate since his childhood thanks to his family environment, he has been walking the streets of the Plaine Monceau, Ternes and Batignolles neighbourhoods for over four decades. Areas which he particularly appreciates for their atmosphere, their parks and gardens, their markets and, of course, their sublime Haussmannian architecture.
On completing his course in business studies at EM Lyon, he went on to travel, and particularly in Asia, building up 15 years of experience in marketing within major media groups and in the field of bespoke vacations. He developed his listening skills and his ability to adapt, with customer satisfaction as a sole objective. For him, a real estate transaction is, first and foremost, a relationship in which empathy, benevolence and transparency are essential, qualities to which he is particularly attached.
Reactive and receptive, Laurent accompanies his clients throughout their real estate project, seeking to best defend their interests and to crown each mission with success.
