Over the years, we have had the opportunity to be involved with a multitude of industries and organizations that utilize shipping containers / storage containers in the aftermarket. Below are some examples of shipping containers / storage containers we have converted to meet the unique requirements of our customers.
10ft Standard shipping container converted into temperature controlled mobile workshop. A personnel door was installed at the end opposite the existing double doors. Electrical was installed throughout, including a light, outlets, and a small window AC unit. The customer also requested a steel overlay on the floor.
10ft Standard shipping container converted into temperature-controlled guard shack. The container is outfitted with a personnel door, windows (with security bars), finished interior, lights, outlets, and a mini split HVAC system. A vinyl overlay has been installed over the existing wood floor. The exterior has also been painted gray.
10ft Standard shipping container converted into temperature-controlled mobile office. The container is outfitted with a personnel door, finished interior, lights, outlets, and a small window HVAC unit. A vinyl overlay has been installed over the existing wood floor. 10ft Standard shipping container converted into mobile pumphouse. The container is outfitted with two additional sets of container doors, an interior light, outlet, and a small window HVAC unit.
10ft containers are typically not utilized in shipping service. This means, 10ft containers do not come out of shipping service as used boxes. They are usually only available in new or “one trip” condition.
Two 20ft containers converted into a modular testing unit for an engineering company. One of the containers was cut in half horizontally for stacking on-site. The customer installed their equipment and turbo charger testing components on-site as well.
This 20ft container was converted into an on-site containerized water treatment unit. Our customer places these units in remote locations for small housing communities.
20ft Container converted into temperature controlled storage unit. This unit went to a naval base on the east coast.
20ft Container converted into mobile workshop. This unit is transported on a trailer from site to site and used to charge power tools. It is also used to house materials and parts to erect large tents for special events.
20ft Standard shipping container converted into mobile air compressor module. The container is outfitted with two 7ft mini storage roll-up doors, four large louvered vents (two on the sidewall and two on the ceiling), and a large exhaust fan.
20ft Standard shipping container converted into textile plant operations unit. The container is outfitted with a personnel door, four large windows, the interior is finished, and electrical and HVAC is included.

20ft Standard shipping container converted into mobile tradeshow display unit. One long sidewall of the container is outfitted with an electric winch and folds down completely to extend the floorspace. Synthetic Trex™ deck boards line the interior.
20ft High Cube shipping container converted into temperature controlled mobile control/equipment room. Two personnel doors were installed on one side of the container. A partition was also installed on the interior with a passage door.
20ft High Cube shipping container converted into donation drop box. Fabricated and installed four large tamperproof/weatherproof drop box chutes for collection of donated items. Equipped unit with large plexiglass display window.
20ft High Cube shipping containers converted into EV battery storage units for automotive companies. Installed large 16ft chain hoist roll up door and multiple fixed louvre vents.
A shipping container is a great option, when considering a jobsite office. Shipping containers can be converted very easily and are portable as well. We offer many options when it comes to how your container can be outfitted.
20ft Open Side shipping container converted into mobile equipment testing lab. The interior of the container is finished and equipped with electrical, lighting, outlets, and HVAC. An aluminum diamond tread overlay was installed over the wood floor.
20ft Open Side shipping container converted into mobile temperature-controlled equipment testing lab. The interior of the container is finished, insulated with rock wool, and walls lined with stainless steel panels throughout. A personnel door is installed on one sidewall.
20ft Non-Working Reefer container converted into climate controlled mobile research lab. The container is outfitted with multiple personnel doors, an interior partition wall, and electrical and HVAC is included. The exterior has also been painted white.
40ft High Cube container cut down to 30ft length and converted into an on-site temperature controlled storage unit for a retail clothing store.
40ft Non-Working Refrigerated Container converted into a bio-secure amphibian research lab. This lab was created to study and cultivate amphibians (mainly frogs).
40ft Non-Working Reefer container converted into controlled incubation space for our customer’s patent-pending mycelium treatment process. This innovative process used fungi to turn construction waste into low-carbon raw building materials.
40ft Non-Working Reefer container converted into climate-controlled storage unit for power plant. The non-working cooling system was removed and replaced with a commercial through-wall HVAC system.
40ft Standard container converted into temperature controlled mini storage unit. Two large roll up doors were installed on one side to allow for larger items to be side loaded.
This 40’ container was converted into a climate controlled modular laboratory unit. The interior was completely finished and a partitioned off into two separate areas.
40ft High Cube container converted into temperature controlled storage unit for electrical equipment. Two large heavy duty roll up doors were installed on one side to allow for larger items to be side loaded.

This 40’HC container was cut down to 28’ long and converted into a climate controlled 2-door modular garage. The cargo doors were removed and a solid (corrugated) wall was installed.
This 40’HC container was converted into a climate controlled modular machine workshop. The interior was completely finished and outfitted with lights, outlets, and a ductless mini-split HVAC system.
45ft High Cube container converted into an on-site waste recycling/processing unit.
This 53’HC container was converted into a climate controlled mobile office space for a military base. The interior was completely finished and outfitted with lights, outlets, and a commercial HVAC system.
By adding multiple roll up doors, a shipping container can be transformed into a multi-purpose on-site mini storage unit. The mini storage containers can be converted into a variety of configurations.
