Ok product, steep price point, wrong instructions
I appreciate the product, but installing it was kind of a pain. The washer came wish some of the included pedestal parts already attached, so it was confusing reading the instructions and trying to figure out where things went. Eventually we got it sorted and installed.

Worst service and support I have ever experienced.
Purchased a top of the line washer and dryer. When they were delivered, the dryer was damaged and didn't work. It took me one full month and many many phone calls to finally get a new one. I still don't have confirmation that the extended warranty i purchased on the first one has been transferred to... the new one. Terrible service and support. They worst i have every experienced.

Why are these not 2 or 3 "taller!? They do not fit detergent bottles

The pedestals are wonderful for the storage they provide and also the lift to make it easier to get the laundry in and out of the washer and dryer.

Useless pedestals!!!

I purchased pedestals for my lg ThinQ washer and dryer. None of the standard plastic bottles of liquid detergents(Tide, Cheer)nor softeners(Tide,Dwony) fit inside the compartments. And it's not like the machines weren't designed to use these liquids. What's a consumer suppose to do? What a rip-off!

I bought the new LG Washer/dryer tower last month but the washer was so low that I bought the pedestal but what a shame in the design. It comes with the grooves for a divider but you only get a basket which is a complete waste. When the basket is in you cant get to the back of the drawer so you lose space but when you take the basket out you have no way to help hold up anything you put in there AND you cant even put a standard size laundry detergent in there. What a waste of money.

Hey there. We want to thank you for your feedback on your LG pedestal drawer. The pedestal is designed to give you that extra lift so you wont have to bend down to load and unload. The basket is great for storing items and certain detergents. The LG pedestal storage drawer is only compatible with our 27" front load washers and dryer. It's not compatible with the LG WashTowers due to its weight. ^David
