A Range of Sizes

These precast concrete concession and restroom combo buildings come in a large range of sizes that accommodate many different scenarios. Dimensions of ouconcession buildings are available from 10' x 12' to 12' x 20'. We also offer buildings which are available in larger sizes from 20’ x 20’ up to 40’ x 250’ 10”, in addition to custom options. The smaller buildings are plant-assembled and transported in one piece to the site, while larger buildings are assembled on-site.

Because our buildings are made from precast concrete, these buildings are the strongest, most durable, and low maintenance concession buildings out there. Our precast concession buildings only take a few hours to set up and are ready to be used the same day they are installed. There is minimal site preparation required and no need for a costly foundation. And, because they are made in a controlled environment, they require far less maintenance over time. They are made with a patented second-generation, post-tensioning system that applies internal pressure within the floor and roof panels using high-strength sheathed strands laid out in a circular pattern and cast into the concrete. They are then mechanically stressed to 30,000 PSI, adding increased strength to the panels to preventing cracking.

What is the Difference Between Prefab (Prefabricated) Concession/Restroom Buildings and Precast Buildings?

Prefab refers to any building components that are manufactured off-site and assembled on-site. These components can include wood, metal, or concrete elements.
