• This prefabricated home is built in 2-4 modules, depending on what you need, built to your local building code, and ready to drop onto an engineered foundation

This tiny home is designed to be a luxury hotel room, you can put anywhere and to be a perfect guest house, summer getaway, mother-in-law suite or home away from home.

• Modular Grand

This model is designed for maximum livability. With 400 square feet of space, this is the perfect retirement home or the ultimate luxury guest house ready to be placed on a permanent foundation.
