    This store does not ship product on time as they state on their website. They may create a shipping label but take days to actually hand your package over. Spend $200 on order and takes close to 3 weeks to receive. So there free shipping on orders over$100 via DHL is garbage. They do not even give you the option to upgrade the shipping method. They will eventually ship package and you will eventually receive it. This will be my last order with them. This has happened on all 3 orders I have placed with them

    They don't answer your questions, they send a robotic response with a personally named AI bought that doesn't answer your question at all and doesn't even relate to it. If you then get pissed off about that and ask for a refund they send you a refund email but you don't get the refund. I cooled off later on and made another order and tried to email the person and say look I'm sorry please don't cancel this one. I was unsure of what I ordered the first time and that's why I wanted an explanation but this time I know what I'm getting so please let this one go through and they canceled it after they gave me a shipping notification again. That's two orders with two different shipping and refund notifications, but no refund. I reported them to the FTC and going to have to open a case with my bank I guess

    I ordered 2 vapes, one came damaged. I wrote support with my order number - and their response was that it was a manufacturer issue. And requested to share additional videos and sku number of the damaged item in order for Ejjuice store to be able to submit a claim to them (not for my damaged items - for their own claim), within 14 days. As someone who works in crm- personally my response to them is to say that their response does not address any of the order damage issues shared for the client but only cared about their own company claim. Their customer service rep took personal offense to the above and responded with passive aggressive sarcastic jabs stating “wow, what’s up with all the negativity? Is this how you treat everyone?” - that neither solved the issue nor is it reflective of the feedback given. Either they’re hiring illiterates or young children - but wow it’s the worst vape company I’ve ever ordered from. Additional note- I have ordered the brand of vapes from other vape stores - this is the first time it’s damaged to that level. It seems ej juice store did not pack it in alignment with the distance of delivery, despite the higher shipping price. And instead of taking customer concerns in to feedback- they berate their clients instead.

    I've been with them for about 2 years now and had to write a review. I have tried many other companies, but this company is the ACE in the hole! You will never find another company like this! I promise you. They have the best pricing on the internet, and you will never find a faster shipping service. And....the ease of ordering every time is just exceptional!!!     I got what I ordered within a week and ships fast! They have a huge selection of juices that my local vape shops tend to price $10-$12 more than online vape stores. This site also doesn’t charge a crazy amount tax. I only paid $10 for shipping and that’s it. Highly recommend this store and will be buying more again sometime in the future!     Ordered some juice in Jan 2025, upon receiving one bottle had an expiration date stamped 11/22/2024 and sent a message as sometimes things are overlooked. I received a response stating the date was for the manufacturer to be in compliance with the FDA and NOT an Expiration date..so I wanted another opinion and directly messaged 7Daze who told me straight up it was indeed the Expiration date, the other 100ml just expired this month. After seeing more complaints about expired juice, this company just discounts the juice and will advise you that it is not expired. Save your money and stay away from Royce and Patrick. They wanted me to return the bottles, but I know they will just resell it so instead I got with my local post office who assisted and took care of the shipping for me to send the package away…this company does more damage to the vape community and they need to be exposed

    Order over 100 worth of juice like i always do on jan 10th. Today is the 24th and customer service does not respond to emails. This is the last time I will ever order and no phone #. I got one email saying they don't know where my package is umm hello what r u gonna do about it?

    I've purchased from them many times and they always ship same day during the week and it gets to me in a normal amount of time. Only once did they accidentally send the wrong juice and they made it right. This company saves me money. They were very polite when I had to email them and they answered right away. Thigh they do have business hours so you have to consider that. I emailed at 430pst and got an answer before 5pm.

    I placed an online order with this company on Friday December 6th 2024. It is now Saturday December 14th 2024. At 408 a.m. on Sunday December 8th evidently a shipping label was created. There have been no updates since then whatsoever. I have ordered multiple things from all over the nation. Quite a few things from the West coast. Now I live in the middle of New Hampshire so I understand it can take a few days for things to get here. But it's interesting that I've gotten multiple shipments from the state of California the state of Nevada the state of Oregon and Utah. 17 orders total from across the nation. 13 of those are coming to me via usps. Every single one of them except this e-juice store has gotten updates and almost everything has been delivered to me and I've ordered all of it after I placed the order with this e juice store company. I find it interesting there's not a single day I'm update about there product there supposedly sending me and based on the reviews they pick and choose who they send anything to. I wish I read the reviews before I placed the order. I'll never make a mistake like this again with these people and little do they know.. I'm not going away. I reached out to my bank and I've reached out to the usps. It's a shame that they're not registered with the bbb. Because that would be my first stop for a review. Don't order from these people because it's a damn likely chance that you're not going to get anything. I have been in contact with them literally every single day about this and I have been patient I have been very polite. A couple days ago they told me to get back to them in the afternoon and let them know if there's been any updates and I did that and they didn't respond. They're not responding to anything I say. But that's fine. Because I'm going to take all the information that I have all the screenshots from this ridiculous experience and I'm going to share it all over my social media platforms. And it's not slander because it's true. when you have a business you stay in contact with your customers particularly if you know you've not done anything wrong. But they can't even do that. And conveniently there's no phone number or address listed for them. Seriously do not order from these people spend the extra money if that's what it takes getting it from somewhere else because you're wasting your money with these people you're not going to get what you ordered they're not going to bother to respond to you and then you're screwed and they're going to take your money and that's that. Now if in fact this product does show up I will come back here and I will delete this or I will correct myself but until it happens I'm not doing that.

    I've ordered a couple times as they save me money plus they have the Fifty Bar disposables which I love. I can't find the brand at my local stores but using ejuice store saves me around 10 bucks for each disposable. I make sure that I order before I run out as the shipping is not always the fastest but doesn't bother me as long as I get. You spend 100$ shipping is free and no signature fee like some others. Just ordered and if they send out tomorrow I'll have it by the weekend or maybe first of next week as we are in the holiday season and that can back up the postal system which is not the fault of Ej store. They use DHL and hand off to the postal service for the last mile. I've seen other reviews that say it's a scam and that's not true. If you are in a hurry then go to a local place and get one to supplement but order before you run out then shouldn't have a problem. Lastly if you don't like some brand of juices cause of the cool menthol then get Fifty Bar cause they are sweet and same company that makes the Beard vape juice. I get the 20,000 and another great thing about this brand is made in USA. Plus they are always coming out with new flavors and they last me a while. Be patient and remember it's the holiday season right now which can take little longer for shipping and that's no fault of EJ.

    I ordered like 8 bottles of juice on Saturday for the Black Friday sale. Generated tracking not long after I paid them. Figured it was stamps.com generated which was fine by me.. come Monday it never shipped. Seeing the reviews of others, I am concerned that it will never ship… or will take months to arrive. Paid for expedited shipping. Whether it comes or not… I won’t ever be making this mistake again! I also hear folks saying it is a phishing scam. Unsure of whether or not it is true… just glad I used a prepaid debit card, that has really good CS. 2FA verification on anything that matters… so I’m a hard one to continually scam… but this feels iffy at best. I have had all kinds of goofy stuff sent dhl from China… and it arrived within 5-6 days. Not so sure these people are really in WA. I order from the west coast constantly and never have any issues smh Edit: my order shipped!!! I was a little bothered by the lack of communication and it taking a few days to ship.. but if the product comes Friday like the tracking claims, all will be well. Will keep updating as things change! —Rob 12/10/24: Out for delivery on 12/9/24 6:10am. Get “arrived at post office Colombia MD at 10:53am which means it wasn’t out for delivery. 7:22pm it updates to “processing at USPS facility” Colombia MD. I don’t know what they have going on, because I order packages every week from all over the country.. and this only happened from this order for me. A lot of the verified customers have this same issue.. Who knows if it will ever deliver, but considering it has taken 13 days now for their priority mail to get here… I am not faithful that it will show up. Dropping down to 1 star until it shows up.. if it shows up. Smh! Final edit: 12/12/24… this place is definitely a SCAM! Somehow they managed to set it up so that the priority mail parcel took over ten days to get local to me… and somehow a return to sender was processed… and it wasn’t done from my end! I have been really sick for the last couple of days.. and something underhanded was done to ensure that this parcel never even attempted to deliver. Going to call the post office when they open.. but this place is definitely ripping people off. All of my mail delivers. I double verified that my address was correct with no typos. I really hope that no one else makes the mistake of trying to catch a good deal from these folks.. it will be a horrible experience! —-Rob

    USPS says delivered however it was never delivered to my box or address. I reached out to Ejuice store and was told to look around & wait and file with USPS so I did and nothing. I asked them to resend the items or a refund. They just emailed me the same run around. I asked for a phone number and nothing. Make it right and ill post a follow up review. After USPS investigation which amounts to nothing, its concluded that the part-time USPS carrier put my pkg in the wrong box, however no way of knowing which? Ejuice Store did the right thing and made my account right. Thank you
