The trademarks for "TYSON 2.0" in Class 5 (pharmaceuticals) and Class 34 (tobacco and smoking accessories) are both applied for registration by CARMA HOLDCO INC. According to the official website, TYSON 2.0 is a brand co-founded by Mike Tyson and Carma. In April 2025, Mike Tyson was officially appointed as the CEO of the parent company Carma HoldCo.

The trademark "TYSON" for tobacco smoking accessories in Class 34 is registered and applied for by SMISS TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD., in countries such as the Philippines, Indonesia, and the United Kingdom.
