WHAT IS VUSE PRO?

Vuse Pro is our next generation ePod device, featuring an updated design and finish.

WHAT'S DIFFERENT ABOUT VUSE PRO?

Vuse Pro has all the same features as our ePod 2 device with a new and improved, slim design.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO CHARGE?

Vuse Pro boasts fast-charging capabilities, taking just 20 minutes to reach 50% and 35 minutes to reach 80% charge.

WHAT PODS ARE COMPATIBLE WITH VUSE PRO?

Vuse Pro can be used interchangeably with both Vuse Pro Pods and Vuse ePod 2 Pods.

WHY IS MY VUSE PRO NOT WORKING?

Firstly, ensure the device is fully-charged before use. If it is fully-charged and still not working as expected, dirt may be interrupting the connection between the device and the cartridge. Try cleaning the area inside the top of the device around the pin connectors with a dry cloth, or blowing into it to dislodge any debris. If this doesn’t work, please contact customer service and we’ll be happy to help.

WHY IS THE LIGHT ON MY DEVICE FLASHING?

If you notice the white LED light flashing on your device, this could be due to a low battery, or a puff time-out. If it flashes 10 times, it is time to charge your device. If used continuously for more than 5 seconds, the LED on the device will flash 3 times and the device will cut off as a safety precaution.

HOW LONG DOES VUSE PRO LAST?

The battery inside each Vuse Pro device should last for around 300 full charge/discharge cycles before its efficiency begins to deteriorate. This is common with all Lithium-ion batteries but will depend on your own personal vaping behaviour and usage.
