Using your IQOS device is straightforward. Insert a tobacco stick into the holder until you feel slight resistance. Press the button once and wait for the device to vibrate, indicating it's ready. Draw gently as you would with a traditional cigarette. After around 14 puffs or 6 minutes, the device vibrates to signal that the session is ending. Remove the used stick and dispose of it responsibly.

Regular cleaning of your IQOS model helps maintain optimal performance. For daily care, remove the cap from your holder, insert the cleaning brush provided, and twist gently. Tap the IQOS device to remove any loose tobacco residue. Every 20 uses, perform a deeper clean using the cleaning sticks included with your IQOS kit. The new IQOS Iluma requires less cleaning as it has no blade.
Place the holder into the pocket charger after each use. The charger's LED indicator shows charging progress. A full charge typically takes around 5 minutes for the holder. The pocket charger itself needs charging via the supplied USB cable, taking approximately 90 minutes for a complete charge.
