I have been vaping mtl for a year using beginner starter kits I recently purchased the joytech solo touch screen sub ohm kit and would like to try moving on to rda as I quite enjoy DL vaping and would like a rda that provides good flavour! My question being is there a good rda and mod starter kit with pre built coils to get me started in rda, I was looking at the dead rabbit rda as after watching you tube it looks an easier rda to build on! Could I use the dead rabbit on my joytech solo mod? Also I’m not sure of where to buy good quality rda tools, coils and also not quite sure of all I would need? I’m new to sub ohm and all the options out there are a bit daunting! I’m not interested in temp control confusing but just simple Clapton pre built coils to start with also what ohms is best I know it depends on personal vape style but I like both cool and warm vapes more interested in getting better flavour and choice of E-Liquids as mtl can be limited on flavour and choice.
Sorry for the long message but would appreciate some advice.
Thanks
Kay
The solo should be fine, there is no reason to buy a new mod. The dead rabbit is a great RDA to start on, simple to install coils and to wick. Plus you can use it for squonking (bottom fed) in the future. When it comes down to coils, it's never a bad idea starting with pre made coils as they take the hassle out of rebuildables however I do recommend learning how to wrap coils, even if it is a round wire build. When it comes to coil building kits, you could go with the coilmaster kit, bit pricey but it has everything to get you up and runinng. What I would say is to learn ohms law, it may look daunting initially but it is pretty straight forward. They're is an app on android and iOS called vape tool (a blue icon with a white coil inside). I find this really handy to have around just to work amp draw and such. Also I recommend checking out battery mooch on youtube for ohms law and battery safety, and also watch some youtubers on building coils. Such as Vaping Biker, grimmgreen. Sorry for the long post! I want to answer as many of your questions as possible!!
The dead rabbit is an easy RDA to build on, the Bonza is also a good one.
The best one for smaller mods would be the Wotofo Recurve, single coil and great flavour.
A good cheap a cheerful to get you going RDA for me it would be the Druga. Also if you wanted a MTL rda I would go for the berserker.
single coil wotofo nudge 22mm comes with squonk pin and non squonk pin very easy to build on great flavor and vapor...... some pre made NI80 coils like claptons and bag of cotton ........
i found the drop rda very easy to build on.
Hi my suggestion would be the aspire quad flex kit if still in stock at I think clodstix, there a link in the bargain basement. £7 will get you an RDA, Rdta with coils and cotton to get you started and if you don't like it you still have the nautilus x that also comes with it which is a great MTL tank. A bloody bargain and a good place to start out as it gives you a few options.
The black kit is still in stock, £6 plus p&p, hope this helps.
And if you decide to get one you can buy an extension for the nautilus x tank to make it a far more useable 4ml for a couple of quid on eBay
I would dump the solo, single battery for rdas thumbs down but that's just me
get this
After spending so much money over the years upgrading to better ones replacing broken cheaply made mods etc I would suggest u spend a bit of cash on a good mod
For the money the gtrs v boy 200w but only the 200w version
Can be had for buttons and its very very good there was a problem with the early ones battery doors but that's been fixed now
