Senate Bill 362, effective July 1, 2024, provides that the sales and use tax rate for electronic smoking devices (“ESDs”) is increased from 12% to 20% of the taxable price. ESDs continue to include vaping liquid sold in containers that contain over 5 milliliters of vaping liquid.

IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT PAYMENTS: Due to federal regulations, cannabis dispensaries have limited payment options available. Cash is most common (we have ATMs on-site) however, due to national coin shortages, we round up to the nearest dollar to avoid running out of change.
