Anyone ordered from puff palace before?

Placed a order last Thursday with them lets just say my experience hasn't been very good. Still yet to receive my items. Sure I seen them mentioned on here before just hope it was good not bad things! Bit worried I won't receive it now!

Never used them personally, but James is a decent lad. I've seen him sort out issues plenty of times, and usually down to Royal Mail. Try emailing him, he does reply fast. Edit:- But as a rule of thumb, himself and Puff Palace are good.

I remember when the site opened, and people were asking the same question back then, the simple answer is, yes, many people have ordered and been happy with the results.
