    Check the Battery Dock’s Charge

    Your Foger’s power bank (the bottom part) has its own battery that needs to be charged.

    Look for the LED Display: Most Foger docks have a small screen or LED indicator. If it doesn’t light up at all when you press the button or try to draw, the battery is completely dead.

    Charging Process: Use a USB-C cable and a standard wall adapter (avoid fast chargers). Plug it in and wait a few minutes. The display should light up, showing a charging symbol or battery level.

    Troubleshoot Charging Issues

    Try a Different Cable and Outlet: Faulty cables are a frequent culprit.

    Clean the Charging Port: Lint and debris can get stuck in the USB-C port, preventing a good connection. Gently clean it with a dry toothpick.

    Check the Pod’s Internal Charge

    On models like the Switch Pro, the pod itself has a small internal battery. If the main dock is charged but the pod isn’t, it won’t work.

    Re-seat the Pod: Detach the pod from the dock and firmly reattach it. You should see the dock’s display light up, indicating it’s transferring charge to the pod.

    Check for a Depleted or Faulty Pod

    Disposable pods have a finite lifespan. If you’ve been using the same pod for a while, it might simply be empty or burned out.

    Signs of a Burnt Pod: A horrible, burnt taste is a clear indicator that the coil inside the pod is spent. Once this happens, the pod needs to be replaced.

    Check E-Liquid Level: If the pod is empty or the e-liquid level is very low, the wick can burn, causing the device to stop working properly to protect the coil.

    The Ultimate Test: Try a New Pod. If you have a spare, unused pod, try it with your battery dock. If the new pod works perfectly, you’ve confirmed the old pod was the problem.

    Clear an Airflow Blockage

    The airflow sensors or pathways can become blocked.

    Clear a Gurgling or Clogged Pod

    Remove the pod from the device.

    Hold it with a paper towel over the mouthpiece.

    Flick it downward several times sharply, like flicking a thermometer. This will force excess e-liquid out of the central tube.

    Decode the Blinking Lights

    Your Foger vape uses LED light patterns to communicate problems.

    10 Quick Flashes (or similar rapid blinking): This almost always indicates a short circuit or poor connection. This is your cue to clean the contact points between the pod and the battery, as described above.

    3-5 Flashes: Typically a low-voltage warning. The battery is too low to operate and needs to be charged immediately.

    Steady Blinking then Off: Could be an overheating warning. Let the device sit and cool down for 10-15 minutes before using it again.

    No Lights at All: The battery is completely dead and needs to be charged.

    Perform a “Hard Reset”

    Sometimes, the device’s internal chip just needs a reboot.

    Ensure the battery dock has at least a 50% charge.

    Remove the pod from the dock.

    Press the fire button (if your model has one) five times quickly to turn the dock off.

    Let it sit for a minute.

    Press the button five times again to turn it back on.

    Reattach the pod.

    Check for Physical Damage

    Inspect the device carefully.

    Store Properly: Keep your vape upright and in a cool, dry place. This prevents leaks and protects the battery.
