Just signed up because I need a place to get good advice and some general information about products I have purchased. vaping is my favorite thing to do. Haven't smoked a cigarette in a long time, although I think I might have had one or two last month after forgetting my device at home. I'm not a professional vapor, but I do have good knowledge about products and great places to shop at. Just a regular guy, bored out of his mind due to the "Scary Pandemic" and all other scary stuff in the world.
tons of good people here with information and/or opinions about vaping and vape related topics. Kick off your shoes and make yourself at home. Some cold brews in the fridge and the bathroom is second door on the left. If the toilet don’t flush You may need to jiggle the lever a bit.
I do appreciate it. Genuinely.
Just trying to get used to my new Renova Zero AIO. It's a little frustrating, cool little 640mah system, simple as simple gets, but the Ccell pods have a little spit back and seem to burn out relatively fast. I'm vaping on the lowest watt, and then go up a little on the next watt....guess I'm just used to Minifit's steady cooking on 5-7 watt.
I'm not a professional vaper either, but I do it for a living.
pretty ugly season so far. Really wish they hadn't trade Mookie away. I had a Vaporesso Nexus which is similar to the Zero, and it used ceramic coils. I found them to have poor flavor and a short life span.
Lol.
I think ceramic tends to be a love it or hate it type situation... Anna
NFL doesn't look good either, and the Ccell ceramic pods for Renova Zero AIO have a lifespan of about 2.5 fills in my opinion.
The Minifit ceramic pods never give me any issues. In fact, one pod actually lasted about 23 days. The Renova Zero Ccell pod is ceramic, and there's too much nic spits, and their lifespan is not long whatsoever.
Could look at:
I'm lucky if I can get a GT Core CCell to perform terribly for a week before it starts tasting really off. They just don't wick liquid anywhere near to what they used to.
I wasn't even looking to buy a new system, but the Renova Zero AIO only cost me $20.46 and that's with 3 boxes of Ccell pods. I'm a JustFog Minifit user, and actually purchased a new MINIFIT MAX, which is incredible. It's only a bigger system with a 640mAh battery and it can hold a great charge. The Ceramic Minifit Pods are the best out of any ceramic style pod. I think the Renova Zero Ccell pod lasts 2.5 fills, maybe 3 tops.
Just Vaporesso has done something with all CCell coils that has just destroyed how they are supposed to work, which is a shame. As when they work how they should, they do give nice clean flavour and for a decent amount of time. But they just don't wick at all right, or even okay.
I agree 100%, and the factory Ccell pod that came with my Renova Zero AIO crapped out very very fast. I am now on the second pod, and it's on the third fill and I can taste the burn...and I am not using this as my main device, so something is definitely NOT right with their Ccell pods. The pod gives a muffled hit, not a clean or crisp hit. I only paid $20.46 for the thing, so I'll keep it aside for a rainy day. As for now I'll stick with my Minifit Max.
Too thin and they leak, too thick and they won't wick well. Always remove the pod when not using (if it's auto-fire) Short draws and pause between draws (not familiar with your setup... just general tips for small pods) I have a very small pod with ceramic coils and it does OK if I do as suggested. Don't over fill the pod... leave some airspace) If I have time, I'll try to look up your specific device.
and I always remove the pod when I'm not using the device. When I use the Renova Zero AIO, I'll cook on the lowest setting, which is red. Then blue, and Green is the highest temp. I mean, it's not a bad little device. It's just flawed like many other devices. The PTF feature is cool, but you can't really tell how much juice is getting in there. I also prime the ceramic pod for 20-25 minutes tops and take 25 dry hits before operating hot.
try doing some "primer puffs" (with the pod removed, suck on it... I do this with all small pods) Hope this helps:
Can't help you much with ceramic coils, but I'm glad you joined and that you're getting help!
I do prime pod by itself. I never prime a pod when it's attached to the device. Unfortunately for me, I learned to prime pod/coil the hard way....when I owned a KangerTech starter kit sub, and this was years ago, but I got 18mg fbn in my mouth and had a very bad reaction and had to stay over in the hospital. So I make sure to prime everything I use more than I probably have to lol.
