I’d give it zero stars if I could because that’s what I received. Spent over $100 just for them to say my package got stopped at customs and that’s my problem. What am I supposed to do in that situation? It’s your product. No refund and they were no help. They literally told me “That’s your problem”. This site is a scam.

I think I have been scammed. Seriously very dissatisfied with Zero Vape UK.

I made an order on July 14, there is no information, no one answers my emails and messages, I just don’t understand, I must have fallen for scammers, but I paid a large amount, it’s a pity 🙁

I'm giving 2 stars because they delivered what I order. But the experience was brutal. They have trouble withe the Coinbsse Commerce Platform and had to process my order manually it took a lot of time for the to do so but I had already paid for the order so I had to wait. Because of the order been processed manually they would not give me a receipt, about a mont after I received my vape it got faulty and had to claime my warranty which they and the manufacturer decline because I didn't have a proper proof of purchase or receipt. They usually don't answer ther emails and when they do they take a lot of days to do so and are unhelpful.

I am order items from this store , calling , writing emails but nobody replay and don t give any information about my order, guys just recieving money and police don't do nothing

I had ordered many vape for 72 Eero, and never received an order confirmation. then I call them and they say it hasn't gone through. and I will get my money back within 15 days and it has now been 3 months. they say I should contact my bank, and I have, but they can't see anything from them. then I will write to them again. as they can give me a gift card for what I'm missing but get no response back. so don't order from there they just take your money but i have reported them to the police now.

Order took 50 days to get to Georgia, but the products are very good they are working pretty good, juices are delicious. everything is so cheap but it takes long time to get to you, but i think it’s worth waiting.

It has been over 3 weeks and still have not received my order. Tracking says the shipping company is still waiting to receive item. I have emailed company and still no reply. Keep getting emails to review items that I paid for but never received.

I still don’t have my order I made the purchase payment in November and nothing no tracking number just this constant bid for my review so now I don’t even want the order just a refund.

I love ZeroVapes, they have low nicotine options for reasonable prices and I have always gotten my orders within two weeks and I am in the US

Everything ok, delivery times too long.
