No flavour in new vape

New to Vaping - No Flavor

Hey guys, I’m quite new to vaping. Trying to quit smoking so over christmas I got a few disposable vapes (20mg nicotine - nic salt) and i found the flavour and taste very strong which I like. Disposables are quite expensive so I decided to buy a vape kit, purchased Vaporesso Luxe PM40. Quite new to all of this so tried both the 0.8 and 0.6 coil using the recommended wattage. I found there is little to no flavour with either coils and with adjusting the wattage. I have two different e-liquids and they taste exactly the same - extremely faint flavour but hard enough nicotine hit. These are both 50/50 freebase liquids (I think). I am wondering if there is anything i should do differently to try and get the flavour/test up to the right level. I understand I will not get the same level of flavour as the disposable vapes but I want to match as best as possible. I am not sure whether it is the coil, brand of kit or type of liquid I am using. Could someone offer some advice or any suggestions? Any help is very much appreciated

Ive not used that kit so a quick google shows it uses the gtx coils (0.8Ω GTX Mesh: 12 - 20w) and (0.6Ω GTX Mesh: 20 - 30w) which to be honest are usually rather quite good as i use them in my PM80 which gives great flavour. i prefer the lower ohm coils for a more direct to lung hit at higher wattage. it could well be the juice thats causing the problems. what make, flavour and nic strength are you using. if you got on with the salts there are plenty of decent suppliers out there. nice and smooth but too much nic for me as i can get through 30-50ml a day at 3mg and salts would blow my mind. ps, disposables are a nono on here so just a heads up not to ask much about them

E-liquid Details

I tried to e liquids: 1) Doozy 50/50 Blue raspberry (freebase) 2) Fifty fifty Watermelon Strawberry Apple 50/50 (freebase) Little to no flavour from both which is quite frustrating as I was really enjoying the flavour in the disposables and it was helping me stay away from the cigarettes. I have little experience with coils and voltages so maybe considering getting a simpler vape that requires less modification. Also i think the disposables are nic salt MTL but apparently just reading that my new vape device doesn’t offer the best MTL experience. Very frustrating. Would you say nic salts in general offer more intense flavour? I think for me its flavour i am after moreso than nicotine hit.

Further Recommendations

If others are saying the kit's good, then it must be the liquid, try something else from somewhere else once these are done. GL

50/50 Flavors

i dont use many 50/50. out of all my many tanks on the go ive only got one with 50/50 manbush chiricahua sun which is a backy infused vape and that gives great flavour at 20watts. ive tried the doozy 50/50 custard salt which had decent flavour but i dont think they do a freebase custard so its difficult to compare. the luxe mod looks similar to my older smok nord which had 3 power settings. that didnt give much flavour also compared to a real tank and variable wattage.
